When purchasing Made By Vie products, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions.
Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, assignments, legal relationships and agreements, by whatever name, whereby the contractor undertakes/will undertake to perform work for the client, as well as all work arising therefrom.
Deviations from and additions to the assignment and/or these general terms and conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
These general terms and conditions also apply to any additional or follow-up orders.
Client data
The Client is obliged to provide the Contractor in the desired form, in the desired manner and in a timely manner with all documents that the Contractor deems necessary for the correct execution of the assignment granted. The Contractor determines what is to be understood by timely, the desired form and the desired manner.
The client guarantees the correctness, completeness and reliability of the documents provided by him, even if they originate from third parties.
The costs and extra hours incurred by the contractor, as well as other damage, are for the account and risk of the client.
The contractor has the right to suspend the execution of the assignment until the client has fulfilled the obligations referred to in the first paragraph.
Execution assignment
The Contractor will carry out the assignment to the best of its ability.
The Contractor determines the manner in which the assignment will be performed.
The Contractor has the right to have work performed by a third party to be designated by the Contractor.
No color and fragrance guarantee can be given. This is because it concerns natural products. Weather conditions, ... can cause the product to react differently to the color. So never color 100% the same, unless they come from the same bath.
The weight of the product may differ, because the products are handmade and the composition can change. This may change the indicated weight. For shipping, the weight specified on the website is taken into account.
For large orders or during busy periods, such as holidays, the delivery time may differ. The customer will be informed orally or in writing of this.
Intellectual ownership
The client is expressly prohibited from reproducing, publishing or exploiting the products to which the contractor's intellectual property rights rest, or products to which intellectual property rights rest with regard to the use of which the contractor has acquired user rights.
Force majeur
If the parties cannot, not timely or not properly fulfill the obligations under the agreement as a result of force majeure within the meaning of art 6:75 of the Dutch Civil Code, in the event of illness, accident or other force majeure situations, those obligations will be suspended until the parties are still able to to comply with these in the agreed manner.
Payment
When placing the order, the client agrees to the terms and conditions and the order and will undertake to transfer the amount due to the account number of the contractor or to make the payment in cash. The contractor will only start making the ordered products upon receipt of the total amount due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability and indemnities
Made By Vie cannot be held responsible for incorrect use of the products.
Made By Vie can in no way be held legally, civilly or personally liable or prosecuted in all areas as a result of its products/services.
The client is one hundred percent responsible for the use of the products/services of Made By Vie.
cancellation
From the moment of ordering until payment, the order can still be canceled in consultation with Made By Vie. If costs have already been incurred for the order during this period, these will be passed on to the client. The remaining amount will then no longer have to be paid in consultation with Made By Vie.
From the moment of payment, no refunds can be made and the full amount is lost.
In the event of the death of the manager, all (ongoing) orders will be canceled and repayments will be made within a reasonable period of time.
Other provisions
Made By Vie products may not be used on (open) wounds. Especially the products that contain salts can cause irritations.
Made By Vie products should never be used in or near the eyes.
Products that need to be dissolved from Made By Vie should be dissolved in warm water. This water should not be too hot. The hot water causes the ingredients to break down too quickly and can cause wounds to the skin. The correct ratio of water and product must be used.
Aromatherapy products are for support and are not a substitute for drugs or medical advice.
Made By Vie cannot be held responsible for printing or writing errors or price changes in printed matter or on the website
